Return & Refund Policy

Request Deadline
Customers may request a return and refund within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, in compliance with Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

• Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipment.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
